Marcus Sharp

Marcus Sharp serves as the Associate Vice President for BMT and Cellular Therapy at Temple Health – Temple University Health System, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Marcus held roles including AVP BMT at Fox Chase Cancer Center and Clinical Administration Director for the Oncology Service Line at Banner Health from October 2019 to December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Director of the Children's Health Center/Adult Specialty Clinic at Northern Arizona Healthcare, where Marcus provided visionary leadership and oversaw fiscal operations. Additionally, Marcus worked as a Senior Operations Officer at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, focusing on performance metrics and process improvements. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from the University of Liverpool, a BSN from Capella University, a Foundation Degree in Nursing from the University of South Wales, and a Doctorate in Health Administration - Leadership from Capella University.
