Fredric Plotnick is a seasoned professional with over forty years of hands-on experience in the legal and technical aspects of project controls and engineering design management. Currently, Fredric serves as the CEO of Construction CPM Conference, promoting Critical Path Method analysis, and teaches as a professor at both Drexel University and Temple University. A licensed Registered Professional Engineer across multiple states and an attorney, Fredric has also authored several key texts in construction management and law. Additionally, Fredric has held leadership roles including past president of the Philadelphia Chapter of NSPE/PSPE and has contributed to numerous professional organizations as a speaker and presenter.
