Chris Berner

Chris Berner is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Head Of Finance, and Group Financial Controller at Temple & Webster since March 2016. Prior to this, Chris held the role of Group Financial Accountant at Whitehaven Coal, managing the preparation of consolidated financial statements and liaising with external auditors. Earlier experience includes serving as Client Manager at Deloitte Australia, focusing on audits and advisory services, and as Senior Consultant in Audit and Advisory at TPA Horwath Poland, where Chris executed audits and advisory assignments. Chris also has experience as a Management Accountant at Dalprint Plus and as a Purchase and Sales Specialist at Conecta Poland. Chris is a Fellow of ACCA and holds a Master's Degree in Business Computing & Accounting from Poznan University of Economics and Business, with ongoing studies at the University of Münster and Hochschule Stralsund.
