Roger Wei

Roger Wei has extensive experience in design and product development, currently serving as the Head of Design and Product Development at Temple & Webster since June 2019. Previously, Roger held the role of Head of Private Label Furniture at the same company and worked at Freedom Australia as Divisional Merchandise Manager for Furniture. Prior experience includes positions at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as a Buyer and Associate Buyer for West Elm, where management of furniture product assortments and team leadership were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Associate Merchandiser at Aeropostale and Assistant Merchandiser at Gap Inc./International, contributing to expansion strategies in various markets. Roger's educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts in Furniture Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
