Rick (Lucheng) Li is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President at Templewater since September 2025, Rick focuses on pan-Asia private equity. Prior to this role, Rick worked as an Investment Professional at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) from 2021 to 2025, specializing in APAC private equity, including buyouts and structured minority investments. Rick's career also includes a position at SenseTime, where investment efforts concentrated on corporate M&A and investments in AI technologies. Earlier, Rick was involved in cross-border M&A and IPO activities within the industrial technology sector while at Morgan Stanley from 2017 to 2019. Rick holds a degree from NYU Stern School of Business.
