Catalin Petria

Catalin Petria has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Catalin most recently served as the Director of IT at Tempo Software starting in December 2021. Before that, they served as the IT Manager at BMT Romania, where they managed the IT team, performed network and system management, and maintained the QAD MFG/PRO ERP system. Catalin's career began as a System Engineer at Tepro SA, where they managed the day-to-day IT operations, provided support, and handled network and system administration.

Catalin Petria has a diverse education background. From 1986 to 1991, they attended Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Catalin then pursued further education at McGill University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a System Analysis and Design Certificate in Information Systems. In addition to their degrees, Catalin has also obtained several certifications. In October 2018, they received the Microsoft Azure214x: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft Certifications. In April 2018, they completed the Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® course from LinkedIn, and in February 2018, they achieved the Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations certification, also from LinkedIn.
