Kevin

Kevin Ma is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Diversis, where they focus on institutional private equity in software and tech buy-outs, having raised over $1.2 billion across funds. Since 2017, Kevin has served as a Board Member for Marketron and has held various chairman roles, including at Form.com and PureCars. Kevin continues to actively contribute to multiple organizations as a board member, including Fishbowl, Decision Lens, and RFi Group. They are currently pursuing a BSE in Economics and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as participating in the Jerome Fisher M&T Program.
