Susan W. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Susan started their career as a Receptionist/Secretary at Newcotex International Inc. from August 1999 to March 2001. Susan then volunteered at the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Montreal from August 1993 to September 2001.

Susan's career in the IT industry began in May 2001 at Groupe Dynamite, where they worked as a Helpdesk Technician. During their time there, they contributed to various projects, including implementing software and database solutions, achieving Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) certification, and training POS helpdesk technicians.

In November 2007, Susan joined LE CHÂTEAU as a Business Analyst, where they played a crucial role in implementing, training, and documenting the BMC Service Desk Express 9.2 project for POS helpdesk technicians and head office users.

From October 2010 to September 2015, Susan worked as a Store Manager at Speednet Internet Cafe. Their responsibilities included managing store operations, maintaining computer workstations, and recruiting and training employees.

In January 2016, Susan joined Genetec as a Technical Support staff. Susan provided first-level technical support, troubleshooting, and documented customer issues. Susan also followed up with customers and ensured compliance with Genetec's service level agreements. Susan was later promoted to a Software Specialist role, which they held until May 2018.

Most recently, Susan worked at Tempo Software as a Technical Support Analyst starting from June 2018. Susan then transitioned to the role of Product Expert from August 2021.

Susan W. has a diverse education history. Susan attended John Abbott College from 2017 to 2018 and obtained a Services Quebec Specialized IT Courses degree in the field of Specialized IT Courses. Prior to that, they studied at McGill University from 2000 to 2005 and earned a Certificate in System Analysis & Design. Before their time at McGill University, Susan attended Vanier College from 1995 to 1997 and received a College Diploma in Pure & Applied Science. Susan also attended McGill University from 1998 to 1999 and obtained a BA in Computer Science. In 1997 to 1998, Susan studied at the Glendon Campus of York University and earned a BA in Computer Science.

Additionally, Susan holds several certifications. Susan received a Project and Program Management certification from Tempo Software in May 2023. Among their other certifications are Learning Python, Learning REST APIs, Power BI Essential Training, Become a Manager, and Coding for Visual Learners: Learning JavaScript from Scratch, all obtained in 2021 from LinkedIn. Susan also obtained various LinkedIn certifications in 2021, including Developing Credibility as a Leader, Leading with Stories, Leading with Vision, The Three Pillars of Effective Leadership by Jeff Weiner, Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager, New Manager Foundations, and Onboarding New Hires as a Manager. In 2015, they obtained a TOEIC Gold Achievement certification from the TOEIC Program.

Additionally, Susan holds pet grooming certifications from the Kennel Club of Taiwan, including KCT Level B Pet Grooming Certificate obtained in 2014, and KCT Level C Pet Grooming Certificate obtained in 2014. Susan also has technical certifications from Genetec, including Genetec Technical Certification and Stratocast Certification obtained in 2016, as well as a Dell Servers certification obtained in 2016.
