Chad also contributed to LaunchDarkly as VP of Customer Outcomes and VP of Solutions Engineering from March 2022 to January 2024, focusing on customer results through Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Earlier experiences include senior leadership roles at HashiCorp, Puppet, Constant Contact, Hasbro, SiteSpect, Verio, and directing technical operations at the University of Utah.
