Jonathan Chadwick

Jonathan Chadwick is a board member and advisor with extensive finance, governance, and strategic oversight experience across technology and professional services. They previously held senior finance leadership roles at Cisco, including Senior Director, Corporate Controller (Principal Accounting Officer); SVP, CFO-Global Customer Markets; and Vice President, Corporate Finance & Planning. They currently serve on the boards of Zoom Video Communications (Board of Directors, Audit Committee Chair), Samsara (Board, Audit Committee Chair, Lead Independent Director), ServiceNow (Board of Directors), Notion (Board of Directors), Databricks (Board of Directors), Confluent (Board of Directors, Audit Committee Chair), and Temporal Technologies (Board of Directors). They previously served on Elastic (Board of Directors, Audit Committee Chair, 2018–2023) and Stripe (Board of Directors, Audit Committee Chair, Investor, 2018–2024).
