Karl Augustine

Karl Augustine is the current Head of Talent at Temporal Technologies. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting at Transparent Systems from September 2018 to July 2020. Before that, they were the Technical Recruiting Leader at Vulcan Inc. from March 2017 to September 2018.

Karl has also held the position of Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Dell EMC from July 2014 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for multi-discipline global talent acquisition. Prior to that, they were Sr. Staffing Manager - Office within Applications and Services Group at Microsoft from November 2005 to July 2014.

Before joining Microsoft, Karl was the Professional Placement Recruiting Manager at Volt Service Group from July 2002 to October 2005. Karl also founded Intellectual Property Inc in January 2001 and ran it until July 2002.

Karl Augustine has a degree in finance and economics from Valencia College and is currently pursuing their SPHR through 2017.
