Taylor Katigbak

Taylor Katigbak currently serves as the Director of Employee Experience at Temporal Technologies, overseeing Total Rewards, People Operations, and HRIS since October 2025. Prior to this role, Taylor held multiple positions at HashiCorp from March 2020 to September 2025, ultimately becoming the Senior Director of Global Benefits, People Ops, and HRIS. Taylor's career in benefits and people operations began at Pivotal Software, Inc., where various roles were held from June 2012 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes work as a People Program Manager at TripActions and roles at Disney Store. Taylor holds a BA in Communication Studies from San José State University and completed General Education at the College of San Mateo.
