Kellie Smalls currently serves as a Hotel Relations Specialist at Sedgwick since April 2022 and has an extensive background in hotel administration and management. Kellie has held various roles including Hotel Administration and Hotel Relations Coordinator at Temporary Accommodations since August 2016, and Deputy General Manager/Sales Marketing at Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Airport from June 2014 to April 2016. Previous experience includes positions at InterContinental Hotels Group, where responsibilities included Guest Relations and IHG Rewards Club Case Management, as well as Global Hotel Brands Reservations Sales and Customer Service. Kellie's earlier career features roles in front office management at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Academically, Kellie Smalls holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina.
