Roee Herz

Roee Herz is an experienced professional in growth and user acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Growth at TempraMed since April 2025, where responsibilities include building and optimizing user acquisition funnels through data insights. Prior to this role, Roee worked at Lumen from September 2022 to April 2025 as a Growth Manager, focusing on continuous A/B testing and managing paid advertising. At Duda, from July 2021 to August 2022, Roee served as Social Acquisition Manager, overseeing customer acquisition through various channels and managing the affiliate program. Earlier experience includes roles as PPC Campaign Manager at Tenengroup Ltd. from August 2019 to June 2021, where management of diverse social media marketing campaigns took place, and as a Changer at The Purpose Generator, contributing to a sustainable social enterprise. Roee began professional training as a Practicum Student at Psagot Investment House and as a Financial Analyst at ManoFin. Early career experience also includes serving as a Data Analyst in the Israeli Defense Forces. Roee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
