Rob White is a seasoned professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as the Director of Tempting Talent since September 2020, where leadership focuses on building executive search businesses and VC/PE talent teams. Prior roles at Tempting Talent include Associate Director - Head of Executive Search, Managing Principal, and Principal Consultant. Prior to joining Tempting Talent, Rob White worked as a Senior Consultant at Media Contacts Ltd, recruiting top talent for Communications, PR, and Digital Media companies both in the UK and internationally. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at The Media Exchange. Rob White holds a degree in Politics with Business Management from Queen Mary University of London and completed earlier education at Whitgift School and Bickley Park School.
