Doug Bach

Doug Bach serves as the Head of Total Rewards at Tempus Labs, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Doug held various positions at Groupon from May 2016 to October 2022, including Global Head of Compensation and Benefits, Director of Compensation, Senior Manager of Compensation, and Compensation Manager. Doug's earlier experience includes serving as a Compensation Advisor at Shell from August 2014 to April 2016 and as a Reward Advisor at BP from January 2008 to July 2014. Doug began a career at BP as an HR Intern at the Texas City Refinery in June 2007. Doug earned a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the same institution in 2006.
