Eric Ranes

Eric Ranes serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Tempus AI, overseeing supply chain functions for all Tempus labs in the U.S. Since joining in January 2019, Eric has successfully created and led teams in procurement, supply chain planning, and inventory control, launched a NetSuite ERP system, and implemented various forecasting and inventory management techniques that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Previously, Eric held multiple roles at Newell Brands, where notable achievements included improving demand planning accuracy and establishing a new supply planning function. Eric's earlier experience encompasses roles at General Electric, where on-time delivery metrics were improved, and various positions that honed inventory management and forecasting skills. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from the University of Dayton.
