James Chen

James Chen is currently the Senior Vice President of Medical Informatics at Tempus AI, where James develops genomic and AI solutions for physicians. In addition, James holds the position of Associate Professor in Medical Oncology and Bioinformatics at The Ohio State University since August 2012. James is also the Inventor and Director of Precision Medicine at MatchTX, a biotechnology startup. With a background in rare tumors and genitourinary cancers, James has been involved in various bioinformatics and oncology committees and projects throughout their career. James has received degrees from Harvard University, Rutgers University, The University of Chicago, and Georgetown University.
