Jian Ding possesses extensive experience in laboratory quality control, currently serving as Principal Supervisor of Lab Quality at Tempus AI since July 2021, having progressively advanced from Lab Quality Control Technologist II. Prior to this role, Jian held positions at SOFIE as QC Production Associate III and QC Production Chemist from November 2018 to July 2021, and gained foundational experience as a Lab Assistant and Research Assistant at the FDA from July 2016 to August 2018. Beginning academic pursuits at South China University of Technology, Jian earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Science and Technology and later completed a Master of Science in Food Process Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
