Richa Gupta

Richa Gupta, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Research Data at Tempus AI since March 2025. Prior to this role, Richa held positions at DNAnexus from July 2019 to February 2025, including Principal Scientist and Manager in Insights, as well as Senior Scientist in Translational Informatics. Richa's earlier experience includes being a Postdoctoral Researcher in Statistical Genetics and Bioinformatics at the Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland (FIMM) from September 2013 to July 2019, where extensive statistical analyses were conducted on genome-wide genetic and epigenetic data. Richa also worked as a Visiting Doctoral Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Cytology and Preventive Oncology. Richa's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Statistical Genetics and Bioinformatics from the University of Helsinki, a Master's degree from King’s College London, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.
