Singer Ma is an experienced bioinformatics professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Bioinformatics at Tempus Labs, Inc. since April 2020, where responsibilities include managing a team for the xT and xT CDx device, facilitating product improvements, and leading FDA submission efforts for the PMA of the xT CDx device. Previously, during a tenure at DNAnexus from October 2013 to May 2019, Singer Ma held the position of Scientific Operations Director, engaging high-profile clients and collaborating with the engineering team to optimize architecture for customer needs. Earlier experiences include roles as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Tempus Labs, a Programmer Analyst at UCSC, and various summer research positions, showcasing a strong foundation in both bioinformatics and computational analysis. Singer Ma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College.
