Sumith Gannarapu

Sumith Gannarapu is a Senior Software Engineer at Tempus Labs, Inc. since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in software development and data engineering. Prior to this role, Sumith worked at Egen as a Data Engineer, where responsibilities included creating Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAG) using Apache Airflow for data ingestion into Amazon Redshift. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma, Sumith developed various tools and systems in Python and Django to enhance educational resources and manage video archives. Sumith's career began as a Data Analyst at Tech Mahindra, focusing on machine learning data preparation and insights communication. Sumith holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from SRI INDU COLLEGE.
