Taylor Sarp

Taylor Sarp, SHRM-CP, is the Director of Human Resources at TempWorks Software, where they have worked in various HR roles since 2019, including positions as HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, and HR Manager. Prior to joining TempWorks, Taylor served as an Assistant Manager and in Guest Services at the City of Edina. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2019.
