Carol du

Carol Du currently serves as the TA Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Temu, an e-commerce company focused on connecting consumers with a wide range of merchandise partners. In this role, Carol is responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes, including defining job descriptions, screening applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating salaries. Prior to Temu, Carol was an HRBP Supervisor in the New Drug Development Department and a TA Senior Specialist at Henlius from July 2021 to February 2025. Carol’s career began as a Key Account Manager at 51job from November 2018 to July 2021. Carol holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Nanjing Tech University, completed in 2018.
