Lyla Zhang

Lyla Zhang is a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Temu, a Boston-based online marketplace, since October 2022, where the focus is on global hiring. Previously, Lyla served as an International Talent Acquisition Partner at Tencent from April 2020 to October 2022, managing end-to-end recruitment for positions in Japan and Korea, and was selected as part of Tencent's "HR Star" trainee program. Lyla's career in talent acquisition began with an internship at Tencent in 2019, which led to a return offer as a global recruiter.
