Rati Devadze has extensive experience in transport and logistics, serving as the Deputy Head of the Transport and Logistics Development Policy Department at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development from January 2020 to May 2023. Prior to this role, Rati was the Head of Marketing Analysis & Sales at Georgian Railway from June 2017 to January 2020 and worked as a National Consultant at the Asian Development Bank for the Railway Sector Development between June 2019 and June 2020. Currently, Rati holds the position of Senior Business Development Manager at Temu since May 2025. Additionally, Rati has contributed to the USAID Economic Governance Program as a Transport and Logistics Policy Advisor and the USAID Middle Corridor Transport and Logistics Program as the Cargo Transportation and Logistics Director. Early career experience includes an internship as a Strategic Development Manager at Huawei Technologies and a role as a Coordinator in the Operations Management Department at JSC Nova Technology. Rati holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Economic Relations from International Black Sea University and two MBA degrees from Tsinghua University and Yonsei University.
