Jeff Lim

Jeff Lim is an Associate Software Developer at Temus since April 2023, previously part of the Step IT Up x Temus Trainee program aimed at accelerating talent conversion in technology for individuals without prior coding experience. Prior to this, Jeff served as Assistant Manager Internal Audit at Mitsubishi Chemical APAC, overseeing internal audits across approximately 40 affiliates in the Asia Pacific region. Jeff's experience includes significant internal audit roles at Borouge, NETS, and DHL Global Forwarding, where responsibilities involved managing audits, developing risk-based audit plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Jeff began the career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Assurance Associate, engaging in all phases of financial audits. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Victoria University and is a participant in the CPA Australia Program.
