Tessie Tan 陈蕊蕊

Tessie Tan, known as Tess, is an Enterprise Transformation Strategist with extensive experience in designing future-state services and digital experiences. They served as a Consulting Manager and later as an Associate Director at Temus, where they championed digital transformation initiatives and developed change management methodologies for public sector clients. Prior to this, Tess held various roles at EY and worked as a General Education Officer at the Ministry of Education in Singapore, contributing to talent development and curriculum design. Tess holds degrees from the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University, further establishing their expertise in education and knowledge management.
