Charles Pegum is an experienced equity analyst currently working at Ten Cap since February 2025. Prior to this role, Charles served as an investment analyst focused on natural resources at Tribeca Investment Partners from October 2021 to February 2025 and held the position of associate at Macquarie Group from August 2020 to October 2021. Charles began the professional journey with a traineeship at Affinity (Shipping) LLP in early 2020 and gained valuable research experience during a brief work experience stint at Evans and Partners in November 2017. Academically, Charles holds a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in History, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History, both from the University of Melbourne. Secondary education was completed at Saint Ignatius' College Riverview.
