Marcin Biłos

Marcin Biłos has extensive experience in the field of finance, gained among others in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dreamlab Sp. z o.o. and Nasza Klasa Group, and since 2015 he has been working for Osadkowski S.A. as a Consultant and Financial Director. Marcin Biłos has a university degree, graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, specialization: Banking and Finance. He is also a certified auditor. Marcin Biłos meets the independence criteria set out in the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision of 11 May 2017 and the requirements set out in the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies.
