“Creating a sustainable resourcing model for Data Centres, giving new career opportunities to otherwise overlooked talent”

We’re a specialist agency delivering skilled engineers into the data centre sector, across the UK & EU, exploring practical resourcing routes to meet growing demand. We operate across all areas in the DC space, from Construction / Build, to installations and Maintenance.

A key focus is supporting military resettlement, helping service leavers transition into data centre careers — recognising the strong alignment between military training and mission-critical environments.

We also engage engineers from manufacturing, utilities, facilities management, and heavy industry, identifying transferable skills and guiding them into the sector.

Our goal is simple: bridge the skills gap by connecting motivated technical talent with data centre employers investing in long-term development.
