Christopher Reed is an experienced technical support professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Elite Technical Support Engineer at Tenable since October 2022, Christopher has also held roles such as Senior Systems Engineer at Reinsurance Group of America, Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst at Express Scripts, and Level 2 Software Support Engineer at IBM, demonstrating expertise in cloud infrastructure, technical support for SIEM products, and IT service management.
