Garrett Cook

Garrett Cook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in security engineering and technical sales. As the Sr. Director of Security Engineering at Tenable since March 2017, Garrett leads efforts focused on federal DOD, civilian government, and state and local government sectors. Prior to Tenable, Garrett served as Sr. Director of Technical Sales at Dell, where responsibilities included managing a large team and driving revenue across the Americas in areas such as identity and access management. Previous roles at Quest Software included Vice President of Technical Sales for the Americas, where Garrett oversaw successful integrations following acquisitions and led technical sales operations. Early career experiences include positions at Computer Associates and Datametrics Systems Corporation, with a focus on system architecture and performance monitoring. Garrett holds a Bachelor's degree from George Mason University and possesses a Top Secret clearance.
