Josh Mathai has extensive experience in technical support and security engineering, currently serving as Technical Support Enablement Lead at Tenable since August 2018, after holding roles as Technical Support Engineer IV and Senior Technical Support Engineer. Prior to Tenable, Josh worked at Merkle Inc. as a Senior Security Engineer and at Cisco in various engineering capacities, including Tier 3 Software Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, where important projects included AMP and ThreatGrid integrations as well as the acquisition of Sourcefire. Josh began the career as a Technical Support Engineer at Sourcefire and also worked as a Technical Consultant at BoxTone Inc. Educationally, Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
