Ramsay Leigh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and recruitment. Currently serving as the Principal Customer Success Manager for Major Accounts in the DOD/IC at Tenable since June 2017, Ramsay manages the DOD/IC customer base, focusing on strategic guidance for product development and customer partnerships. Prior to this role, Ramsay was a Customer Success Manager at Tenable, ensuring client satisfaction and effective utilization of Tenable's products. Experience also includes serving as the Full Desk Practice Lead at Tech USA, where Ramsay specialized in staffing and consulting for government and commercial clients, and as a Technical Recruiter at The ACI Group, overseeing the IT recruiting life cycle. Earlier career experience includes being an Account Executive at Parallel Futures International and a Team Leader in the US Army. Ramsay holds a degree in Homeland Security from Anne Arundel Community College and pursued Business Administration and Management studies at Salisbury University.
