Ron Rise

Ron Rise is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Tenable since November 2024, Ron previously worked at Automox, overseeing a team of five senior engineers and supporting endpoint management solutions. Prior roles include Principal Software Engineer at Cybrary, where Ron managed cloud infrastructure and software systems, and Senior Software Engineer positions at FlightAware, Relatient, and Mosaic ATM, contributing to aviation and payment processing technologies. In addition to engineering roles, Ron served as a Town Council Member for the Town of Purcellville and held aviation positions, including First Officer with Trans States Airlines. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from the University of North Dakota.
