Ron Schonberger

Ron Schonberger is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the areas of private equity and M&A practices. Currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Tenable since November 2017, Ron previously held significant roles at RSA Security, including Counsel and Associate Counsel; at NetWitness Corporation as Associate General Counsel; and at Nixon Peabody as an Associate. Ron began the legal career at Weiner Brodsky Kider PC as an Associate. Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University.
