Steve Vintz is the current CFO at Tenable. Steve has held this position since June 2014. Prior to that, they were the EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Vocus from January 2001 to June 2014. During their time at Vocus, Steve led the company through a period of rapid growth and expansion. This included several rounds of venture capital, an initial public offering (IPO), a follow-on offering, and several acquisitions. Under Steve's leadership, Vocus achieved an unprecedented 40 consecutive quarters of revenue growth during its 13-year tenure.

Steve has also been responsible for all financial planning, accounting, SEC, tax, investor relations, treasury, M&A, legal, human resources and administrative functions during their time at Vocus. Steve has a strong focus on balancing top-line growth with bottom-line results. In addition, Steve has led all investor relations and capital market activities. Steve has attended investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and engaged in speaking public events. Steve has also completed 32 quarterly earnings calls.

For their accomplishments, Steve won the Northern Virginia Technology Council's Public Company CFO of the Year. Vocus also received numerous accolades for its financial success under Steve's leadership, including recognition by Forbes as one of America's 25 Fastest Growing Technology Companies.

Prior to their time at Vocus, Steve was the Vice President of Strategic Planning & Analysis at Snyder Communications from November 1996 to December 2000.

Steve Vintz has a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland.
