William Wilson is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in application support and troubleshooting. Currently serving as the Technical Support Tech Lead at Tenable since January 2017, William provides support for a range of cybersecurity products including Nessus and SecurityCenter. Prior to this role, William worked at Oracle as an Application Support Specialist, focusing on the Simphony cloud hospitality management platform. At MICROS Systems Inc., William served as a second tier support resource for the micros 8700 POS software. William began the career as a Support Analyst at TEKsystems.
