Maxime Onave has a strong work experience spanning multiple industries. Maxime began their career at Groupe ADEQUAT as a Chargé de Recrutement Junior, where they worked from September 2008 to June 2010. Following this, they joined Wines of the World/AAA Food Source as a Commercial, from September 2013 to June 2014. Maxime then worked at BURGEAP as a Chargé de Recrutement from September 2014 to September 2015. Maxime later became a Consultant en recrutement at LTd international from January 2016 to April 2016. Maxime then joined Uber as an UberEATS - Account Manager, where they worked from November 2016 to July 2018.

After their time at Uber, Maxime assumed the role of Responsable pôle offre at Windoo - Bien-être en entreprise in August 2018. During their tenure, they managed projects, created processes, and focused on three main areas: sourcing and recruitment of specialists, optimizing the portfolio of activities, and developing new products and services. Some of their achievements include sourcing and qualifying over 500 specialists in sports, wellness, and professional training, streamlining and improving 50 activities through benchmarking, pricing, product marketing, and specialist recruitment, as well as creating 60 new professional training courses and hosting 20 conferences. Maxime also created around 30 new activities within existing categories, such as digital detox workshops and team-building activities.

Currently, Maxime is working as the Head of Customer Success Manager at Tenacy (ex AugmentedCISO), starting from February 2022.

Maxime Onave started their education in 2008 at Lycée Saint Bruno Saint Louis where they pursued a BTS Négociation Relation Client, focusing on techniques de vente et opérations de vente. Maxime completed this degree in 2010. Subsequently, in 2011, Maxime Onave enrolled at ESC Clermont-Ferrand and completed their Master 2 (M2) degree in Commerce in the year 2015.
