John bought Tenant Data in 1996. He was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a business management degree. He has been a rental property owner/manager since 1987 and still holds a real estate brokers license in Nebraska.
John is frequently asked to teach, present and speak about tenant screening around the U.S. John has been a member of the Downtown Lincoln (Nebraska) Rotary Club #14 since 1993.
