Sofie Profit

Sofie Profit is a skilled workplace strategy and change consultant at Tenant & Partner, where the focus is on enhancing success for clients through effective management of spaces, properties, and people since January 2016. Prior to this role, Sofie served as Change Communications Manager at Skanska, overseeing change management initiatives for a significant Business Transformation Program while leading a team to facilitate stakeholder understanding and engagement. Additional experience includes roles as Team Coordinator for Sustainability, Community Relations for the Skanska Balfour Beatty Joint Venture, and a Global Trainee at Skanska AB. Sofie's background in environmental management is highlighted by previous positions as Environmental Manager and Corporate Environmental Advisor. Academically, Sofie holds a BS in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Karlstad University and has studied at the University of Northern Colorado.
