The Self Storage industry needed a tenant insurance product that would enhance customer service.
That’s why we created Tenant Property Protection. The fact is, the old tenant “insurance” model is less than ideal in the highly competitive, customer service oriented self-storage world. Depreciating stored goods and dealing with the onerous “other insurance” clause can be a public relations nightmare if the customer feels they have not been compensated fairly for the “insurance” they’ve been paying for.

We felt we could come up with a better solution — and we did just that! With our collective experience in sales/marketing, facility operations, and tenant insurance, we created a tenant property protection program for today’s self-storage owners/operators. Tenant Property Protection’s simple, easy to administer protection plan has become the new industry standard for owner/operators, their managers, and their tenants.

Simply put, protection plans are in – tenant “insurance” is out!
