Taylor Hewitt has worked in various roles over the past 12 years. In 2008, they began their career as a Legal Assistant at General Collections. In 2011, they moved to Anderson Auto Group, where they held the roles of Detail Manager and Sales Associate. In 2013, they took on the roles of Manager of Operations and Leasing Professional at Richdale Apartments. In 2016, they became a Community Manager at 512 Living. Finally, in 2018, they joined TenantCloud as a Team Lead Manager, Property Manager Consultant, and Manager of Customer Relations. In their role as Manager of Customer Relations, they interacted with customers on a daily basis, on-boarded new employees, exceeded set customer satisfaction KPIs, improved the customer service experience, and collaborated with internal teams.
