John Lacy

John Lacy is an experienced professional in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Heat Treatment Senior Manager and previously as Plant Senior Manager at Tenaris since September 2009. John played a key role in the start-up of the Baytown Facility, leading a multi-disciplined team. Previous positions at Tenaris include Heat Treatment Manager, where John coordinated equipment start-up and developed operational procedures, and Production Coordinator for Couplings, focusing on production efficiency and quality standards. John began the career journey as a Global Trainee in Operations and gained early experience as an intern at GE and a Quality Engineering Co-op at Toyota Motor Manufacturing. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 2009.
