Stephen Job

Stephen Job is a sustainable housing developer currently serving as Vice President at Tenblock, where they lead a team dedicated to creating sustainable homes. Their extensive experience includes roles in development and investments at companies such as DiamondCorp, Brookfield Properties, and Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd, as well as service as an Armoured Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. Stephen has also contributed to the Property Standards Committee for the City of Toronto. They are currently pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Planning and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, alongside an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and studies at Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
