浩蔡 has over a decade of experience in strategic investment and partnership management, currently serving as the head of the industry cooperation and investment team for the XR business line at Tencent Games. Prior to this, they held a senior managerial position in strategic investment at Huawei and were the deputy head of research at Firstshanghai Financial Group, specializing in TMT sector analysis. They also have past experience as a vice president at招商银行. 浩蔡 earned a Master of Science in Finance from Durham University Business School.
