文馨 刘 is an experienced leader in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Overseas Publishing Head at 飞鱼科技 since 2019. They have also held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Flange Games Interactive since 2015, where they developed the company's overseas publishing capabilities and successfully released multiple games in American, European, and Middle Eastern markets. Previously, they worked at 腾讯游戏, overseeing the overseas operations of popular games such as 王者荣耀 in Southeast Asia. 文馨 graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from 衡阳师范学院 in 2009.
