Bichen Chen

Bichen Chen, CHIA, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Secretary at Tencent since August 2017. Prior roles include Front Desk Agent at Meliá Hotels International from February to August 2017, and Event Planning Intern at Chris Weinberg Events, where responsibilities included event favor preparation and logo design assistance. Bichen also has experience in food service at Benchmark Resorts & Hotels and completed internships in the Front-Line Department at Crown Plaza BJ Chaoyang Utown and in the HR department at Crown Plaza BJ Zhongguancun. Bichen holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and participated in a dual Bachelor's degree program at Tianjin University of Commerce.
