Bruce Ge is currently the Product & Operation Lead at Tencent, where they leverage over 10 years of hands-on experience in IT, HRIS, and ERP product implementation. With a background that includes 7 years of consultant team leadership and project management, Bruce has successfully delivered over 60 cloud and on-premise projects across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and China. Prior to Tencent, Bruce held management and project roles at Yonyou Software Co., Ltd., and Yonyou Singapore, specializing in HCM and IM consulting. Additionally, Bruce contributed as a Technique Supporting Engineer at Changan Automobile and is committed to mentoring young HR professionals and students through public welfare initiatives.
